Brian Buss, our Head Brewer and co-owner, brings both tradition and innovation to the brewery, crafting beers that balance timeless flavors with experimental twists. His goal is simple: to create brews that appeal to all beer lovers—from those just starting to explore craft beer to seasoned enthusiasts in search of something new and exciting.

As a husband-and-wife duo, Brian and Amber are focused on making Peoria a true craft beer destination. Bust’d Brewing is designed to be more than just a place to grab a great beer. It’s a welcoming and inclusive space where beer enthusiasts of all levels can feel at home.
